Terms and Conditions Gift Vouchers

All gift vouchers purchased have a 6 month expiry date from purchase (which will be dated on the actual gift voucher) they cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-refundable but can be transferred to another treatment of your choice.
Courses of treatments have an expiry of 18months and are non-refundable.

Any cancelled appointments/reschedules within our 48hr policy will be fully charged 100%
No Show gift vouchers will be deemed serviced and cancelled.
No Discounted or value added gift voucher may be used to purchase another voucher or discounted treatment/course.
Bookings are subject to availability
In the event of the client arriving late for the treatment the therapist will attempt to provide as many of the treatments as possible in the remaining allocated time we cannot and will not inconvenience our next client.
Treatment times are approximately for eg. 60 minutes,45 minutes etc (this will include settling the client in and out of the treatment room)
Deposits 50% of all treatments £20 and over will be required to secure your appointment.
Any appointment under the value of £20 will require prepayment.
