Terms and Conditions

Please inform us of any medical conditions while
booking an appointment, including pregnancy.

Bookings

We take great pride in our treatments and want to give you the best service here at Precious Moments.  We require a prepayment of any appointments under £50 and 50% deposit of all appointments £50 and above to secure your appointments.  We don’t accept Amex cards and no payments under £10 on card.  Deposits are non-refundable, but can be used against future bookings that do not fall within 48hrs of the cancelled booking.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your bookings we require 48hrs notice before your appointment time.  If you are to cancel within the 48hr time period, we will require full payment for your appointments booked as it’s very unlikely that we will fill that booking slot.

Late Arrivals

Here at Precious Moments, we set aside a dedicated time slot for your appointment so please arrive on time or even 5-10 minutes before your appointment.  If you arrive late the time will be deducted from your treatment time.  If you are more than 10 minutes late we may not be able to fulfil your appointment and you will still be required to pay for your appointment in full.

No Shows

We kindly ask all our clients to please let us know if you are not coming to your appointment, but if you were to not show, we would require a full payment of your booking and will not be able to make any further appointments until this is paid in full.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are transferable but not refundable and to be used within six months, kindly do not ask for extensions.  Vouchers cannot be refunded or used after date of expiry.

Courses/Block Bookings

Course/Block bookings are valid for 18 months and are not transferable or refundable.

Pricing

We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

New Clients

New clients are requested to arrive 10 minutes before their appointment time to fill out a client record card.

Services Advisory

Clients that are new to tinting procedures require a 24 hours patch test prior to treatment.

Any client having a Vinylux pedicure treatment should bring open toed shoes or flip flops.

Any client having lash treatments should avoid wearing eye make-up when coming in for the appointment.

Swimming, sun beds, sauna and steam should be avoided 24 hours before and after any wax treatment.

It is advisable for any clients having a tanning treatment to wear loose dark clothing and not to use moisturisers or perfumes prior to spray tanning.
