Precious Moments is founded and run by Rowena Whelan, who brings 20 years in the industry to the clinic at 6 Eastgate in Banstead. The clinic has stayed in the same location for a reason: local clients build up years of treatment history with the same team, and that continuity is what produces consistent results.
Who we help. Clients from Banstead, Cheam, Epsom, Ewell, Sutton, Coulsdon, Kingswood, Chipstead and Tattenham, most often women aged 25 to 65 who want proper skin, laser, LED, needling and body treatments delivered without the throughput of a high-street chain or the pricing of central London.
What we specialise in. Advanced aesthetics as a course rather than a one-off: laser hair removal, medical skin needling, Dermalux Tri-Wave MD LED, advanced skin boosters, radio frequency, fat freezing, Brazilian lymphatic drainage, advanced facials and council-registered piercing.
Experience depth. Twenty years of practice under one owner. Chloe Medcalf manages the clinic day to day; Jess and Emily Nicolls run treatments alongside Rowena. Every practitioner holds NVQ Level 2 and Level 3 beauty qualifications with additional advanced training in the modalities they deliver.

The faces you'll see across reception, treatment rooms and follow-up reviews at 6 Eastgate. Every practitioner is NVQ Level 2 and Level 3 qualified, with advanced training layered on top for the specific technologies they operate.
We keep the team small on purpose. It means your consultation notes, patch tests, previous settings and progress photos stay with the person actually delivering your next appointment, not filed away for whoever happens to be on shift.
Laser & advanced treatments
Trained, protected, insured.
Chloe and Candice, pictured in the laser safety eyewear worn for every laser hair removal and advanced light appointment. Protective eyewear on both practitioner and client is non-negotiable, part of the clinical protocol we follow on every single session.
Both are trained on our clinical Duetto laser platform and hold current NVQ Level 2 and Level 3 beauty qualifications alongside device-specific training. The clinic carries full public liability cover and is council-registered for skin piercing and semi-permanent make-up.
