Appointments are secured with a deposit taken through our booking platform (Treatwell) or directly with the clinic. The deposit is deducted from the final treatment price. Prices shown live on Treatwell are authoritative; any figures elsewhere on this website are indicative only.

A deposit is required to book. Cancellations outside 48 hours can be rescheduled free of charge. This policy is applied consistently to protect the clinic's schedule for other clients.

Certain treatments (laser, medical skin needling, injectable-adjacent protocols, skin-piercing and semi-permanent make-up) require a consultation and, where appropriate, a patch test before we can treat you. If the practitioner considers a treatment unsuitable for your skin, health or timetable, we will decline or redirect the booking. Your safety is not negotiable.

Course pricing operates as advertised: buy a course of six treatments and receive the seventh free; buy eight and receive ten. Courses must be paid for at the start of the course. Additional loyalty stamps and repeat-course Early Bird offers may apply from time to time and will be explained at booking. Course treatments are not transferable to third parties.

Treatments that have been delivered are non-refundable. Unused sessions from a pre-paid course may be refunded at the standard (non-course) single-session price of the sessions already used, subject to a fair administrative deduction where applicable. Refund requests should be made in writing to preciousmomentsbanstead@gmail.com.

Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase unless a different expiry is printed on the voucher. Vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash. Vouchers can be redeemed against any treatment offered at the clinic subject to suitability and availability.

If you arrive late, we will do our best to deliver the full treatment. Where late arrival makes this impossible, the appointment may be shortened or, in some cases, rescheduled, the appointment will still be treated as delivered for pricing purposes.

Certain treatments (including ear piercing) may be offered to under-18s with parental consent under our council-registered protocols. Some advanced aesthetic treatments have minimum-age requirements and cannot be delivered to under-18s regardless of consent.

Aftercare instructions must be followed to protect your safety and the treatment result. Failing to follow written aftercare (heat, exercise, actives, SPF, swimming, massage restrictions where relevant) may reduce the effectiveness of the treatment and is at the client's risk.

Precious Moments Beauty Clinic is fully insured with public liability cover and council-registered for skin-piercing and semi-permanent make-up procedures. Every practitioner holds NVQ Level 2 and Level 3 beauty qualifications with additional advanced training in their modalities.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
