We do not treat visceral fat (which sits behind the abdominal wall) and we don't treat clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding.

How results build over time

The cooling treatment triggers apoptosis (a controlled cell-death cascade) in the targeted fat cells. Over the following six to twelve weeks the body clears those cells via the lymphatic system. Most clients see the first visible change at 4–6 weeks and the final result at 10–12 weeks, which is why we assess before booking further sessions.

Realistic expectations

Fat freezing typically reduces the treated fat layer by around 20–25% per session, measurable, real, but not liposuction. For most people, two to three sessions per area is what's needed to see the change they were hoping for. If your goal is significant weight loss, this is not the right tool and we will say so.

Contraindications and safety
